What size should I get?

The Youth Pro is one size, made for skaters 65 lbs and up. If the rider is under 65 lbs, the S1 Kid Pro Knee Pad fits better. Adult riders should choose the S1 Pro Knee Pads, which are sized XS through 3XL.

How is this different from the adult Pro Knee Pad?

It is a scaled-down version of the same pad, built to the same construction: a ballistic nylon shell, an impact-absorbing inner cup, triple-stitch seams, and a replaceable knee cap.

Can I replace the knee cap?

Yes. The PC knee cap is the part that wears from sliding, and it is replaceable rather than requiring a new pad.

Do I need other pads too?

Knee pads protect the knees only. Pair them with a certified helmet, elbow pads, and wrist guards for full coverage, especially for a beginner.

What is the return policy?

S1 products can be returned within 60 days as long as they have not been used. Contact us for a return authorization (RA) number before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and we refund the original purchase amount once the item arrives. S1 gear carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. The warranty does not cover damage from impact, misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
